ALL sizes are available as we keep no ready stock. All our products are
Custom-Made from scratch. This ensures the best Fit for the Customer and
allows the Customer to make CHANGES in Color, Length, Sleeves and so on.
Measurement and Size Details can be e-mailed OR faxed to us After Order is
placed.
Color changes are welcome and are usually FREE OF COST. Please check for
availability of your Custom Color before ordering. See

Most changes are accomodated on request completely free of charge. However, in
cases where the Change(s) results in considerable extra cost, we may charge a
purely nominal fee, so please check before ordering.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER ?
FREE SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Most orders are shipped in 4 weeks from date of receipt of payment. Please
allow upto 6 weeks for items
requiring considerable amount of Handwork / Bridal Outfits / Jewellery. All
orders are shipped by First-Class International Speed Couriers. Shipping and
Packaging to Anywhere in the World is completely FREE, irrespective of number
of items ordered.
Orders of value less than US $100.00, will be shipped by registered air mail (average transit 10 days)

CAN I ASK FOR A RUSH ORDER ?
Certainly you can ask for your order to be rushed for a special occassion. All
rush orders however
MUST
be paid for via www.westernunion.com

. Orders paid for via Online Credit Card Portal cannot be rushed, as this form
of payment takes time to verify. All rush orders are shipped by the fastest
possible International Speed
Courier Service within 2/3 weeks.

that we do NOT give Guarantees for Delivery Date (normally transit time is about 4 days) but we have no control over
extenuating circumstances that may/ may not delay delivery after we have
shipped.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are custom made to particular size and other specifications.
Therefore, orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund.
We try our best to ensure that return - refund situations do not arise
and ensure customer
satisfaction, but it is not possible to follow an open refund / return policy
as products are not readymade stock. However, genuine problems may arise and
exchange of outfit for another piece of the same outfit can be undertaken under
the following circumstances only:
* The Order is found to be defective on receipt due to our fault / damage in
transit.
* DMI India must be informed of any defect / damage within 3 days of date of
receipt.
* The Products will be exchanged without any extra cost, once the sold piece is
received back.
* All shipping costs for return of the garment to our address in India must be
borne by
the customer. The Returned Goods MUST reach us no later than 6 weeks from date
of your receipt.
* The substituted piece may differ slightly from the original in color and/or
prints due to fast changing fashions.
* One outfit cannot be exchanged for anything apart from another of the same.
Jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene safety, unless
defective or damaged in transit.

just provide approximate Height with Size X-Small/ Small/ Medium/ Large/
