Registration Fee. The registration fee for Bone Marrow Failure: Diagnostic and Treatment Issues for Nurses includes admittance to the CEU sessions on Saturday, July 26 as well as the AA&MDSIF Patient and Family Conference on July 27 to July 29 (followed by Capitol Hill Advocacy
Day on July 30; all conference materials and meals as specified in the program. The early-bird registration is $100 with a deadline of July 2, 2008. Conference registration after July 2 is $150.

Cancellation Policy.  For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received at AA&MDSIF by 5:00 PM Eastern time on Friday, July 11, 2008. Substitutions are accepted with written notification. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 11, 2008. You must cancel your hotel room and travel separately. The AA&MDSIF is not responsible for reimbursing any hotel or travel costs incurred.
